When you submit an estimate request or a commercial bid request, or contact us by phone, email, or text, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or property address, project details, and any plans, photos, or documents you choose to upload. We also keep a record of your text messaging consent and opt-out choices.

Like most websites, our site may automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

We use the information you share to:

• respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates and bids;
• schedule walkthroughs, appointments, and project work;
• send appointment reminders, project updates, and service-related messages;

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Eastside Paint, we will use your number to send messages related to your inquiry, estimate, appointments, and project, and to reply to messages you send us. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and news from Eastside Paint. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which programs(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (561) 944-5567.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We share it only as needed to provide the services you request (for example, with crews or suppliers working on your project, or with the service providers that host our website, email, and phone systems), or when required by law. The text messaging restrictions above apply in all cases.

Plans, photos, and documents you upload with a request are stored privately and are used only to evaluate, price, and carry out your project.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
