Terms of Use

This website is operated by Eastside Paint LLC ("Eastside Paint"). Its content is provided for general information about the painting, flooring, and home maintenance services we offer in Delray Beach, FL and the surrounding area. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and bids are provided free of charge and are based on the information available to us at the time. Final project scope, materials, and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Program: Eastside Paint text messaging. We offer two types of messages, and you choose each one separately:

• Service messages: your inquiry, estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and replies to messages you send us.
• Promotional messages: occasional offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and news from Eastside Paint.

How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box (or boxes) on our estimate or bid request form, or by texting us first at (561) 944-5567 for service messages. Each box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages, including promotional messages, is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Service messages depend on your project; promotional messages are sent up to 4 times per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP for help, call (561) 944-5567, or email contact@eastsidepaint.com. Messages are sent from our business number, (561) 944-5567.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
